Rather than doing just what they are told, each engineer emphasizes that that they work with their own intention / goal. Also, they work to improve the quality of deliverables by positively proposing suggestions for improvement to team members and clients.
Regardless of individual skill level, each person is responsible for his or her actions and deliverables. Also, since there are differences in skills and experiences among team members, we support each other and work hard to strengthen our team capabilities.
When executing each task, we are conscious of what work and deliverables it is for, and we will pursue whether the original purpose has been achieved. For example, we will pursue whether the system to be developed satisfies the requirements of the client, whether the document to be created includes information that the stakeholders want to know, and whether the project is being advanced with a process of increasing the productivity of the team,

We want to keep in touch with IT and technology while being conscious of how to produce good influence on members working together, customers, the community, and society. Rather than deliberately influencing, we would like to do something that spontaneously gives good influence, and in order to do so we would like to create a mechanism and outputs that excite each engineer.
